Hoisin Glazed Grilled Salmon Wraps
4 Simson’s Pantry™ wraps (heated as per packet instructions)
4 skinless salmon fillets, grilled
½ cup hoisin sauce
150g fresh salad leaves
1 small cucumber, sliced into thin ribbons
Handful of fresh coriander leaves
2 tbls. toasted sesame seeds
  1. Place the warm grilled salmon fillets on a plate and brush with a bit of the hoisin sauce.
  2. Add the fresh leaves, cucumber and coriander leaves to each wrap.
  3. Lightly flake the salmon fillets and place on top of the greens.
  4. Top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and an extra drizzle of hoisin sauce. Wrap and enjoy!
