Chicken Pesto Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pack of Simson's Pantry White Premium Wraps (8 wraps)
Cooked chicken, shredded into pieces
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Red onion, thinly sliced
Shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
Pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh basil leaves
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line baking trays with paper and place wraps on tray.
- Spread pesto sauce thinly over each wrap.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the pesto
- Add toppings: shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onions.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the wraps are crispy.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
