Asian Citrus Prawn Salad Wraps
4 Simson's Pantry Gluten Free Black Rice wraps (heated as per packet instructions)
150g prawns cooked and peeled
1 orange, cubed
1 lime, zest and juice
Handful of edamame (blanched soy bean)
1 medium red chilli, finely chopped
1 celery stick, sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp black sesame seeds
  1. Dressing: Combine the chilli, lime zest and juice and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Salad Mix: Toss together the prawns, orange, edamame, celery and black sesame seeds.
  3. Add the salad mix to each wrap.
  4. Top with a drizzle of the dressing. Wrap and enjoy!
