Grilled Veggies with Keto Crisp Bread
Ingredients: 
Simson's Pantry Keto Super Seeds Wraps
2 eggplants, sliced
2 bunches of asparagus
2 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 red onion, quartered
1 bunch of kale, chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Tahini, to serve
Olive oil
Sea salt
Method: 
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Prepare the vegetables and grill until tender.
  3. Slice the wraps into quarters and brush both sides with olive oil, lightly salt.
  4. Place the wrap slices evenly on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
  5. Plate up vegetables with the crispy keto wrap slices, drizzle with lemon juice and tahini.
