Butter Chicken Burgers
Ingredients: 
8 Simson's Pantry Garlic & Herb Mini Naans
900g chicken mince
¼ cup coriander, chopped
4 tsp curry powder
3 spring onions, sliced
¾ cup butter chicken sauce
Method: 
  1. In a large bowl combine the chicken mince, coriander, curry powder and a pinch of salt.
  2. Shape the mixture into 6" wide patties (matching the size of the mini naans)
  3. Preheat barbecue or pan fry with oil. Cook the patties on a medium heat with the lid closed for 3 minutes. Flip the burgers and continuing cooking with the lid closed until cooked through.
  4. Set the cooked patties aside and heat the butter chicken sauce in a microwave safe bowl.
  5. Warm the naans according to the packet instructions. Assemble the burgers, topping the patties with butter chicken sauce.
