Your Wrap, Your Way
Breakfast Energy Wrap
1 wholegrain wrap
2 tbsp. peanut butter (or other nut butter)
I banana, sliced
I large handful mixed berries (we used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
honey or agave nectar
ground cinnamon (optional)
Spread wrap with peanut butter.
Top with sliced banana.
Sprinkle with mixed berries and walnuts.
Top with honey and cinnamon (if using).
Roll up and enjoy.
